PARTY & SHOW
Party & Show:

We are delighted to announce that the Council´s official show and party at the SO36 (Kreuzberg) will be organised by Wigstöckel − Transgender United.

Transport Strike Information

To get to the SO36, you take the subway line U3 to Kottbusser Tor and walk via Adalbertstr to Oranienstr.

“Wigstöckel” is a play on the German words for “wig” and “high-heel” and refers to the New York Drag Event Wigstock. Wigstöckel presents a big annual event in Berlin featuring an entertaining and chameleonic show and information booths where trans and queer organisations display their work, and our precursors are commemorated with the Walk of Fame. It is a unique event that unites all sorts of drag performers, transpeople, crossdressers, nogenders and their friends and fans. During the year, Wigstöckel” offers workshops to the community covering a variety of themes such as “Voice and Body” and “Event Planning”.

The Show for the Council's night event Glamour without Borders will consista of various performers from Berlin's drag scene. The event will take place at SO36, the favourite venue for Wigstöckel and other queer parties. Doors open at 9pm, the Show starts at 10pm. After the Show, you can dance the night away to our DJanes!
