The current Board and Steering Committee of TGEU were elected at the 4th Transgender Council in Dublin. Board and Steering Committee serve for a two year term (2012-2014). For more information on their tasks please refer to our statutes.

TGEU will take part in the Round table addressing stereotypes and intolerance towards LGBT persons (12-13.10.2010) by the EU Fundamental Rights Agency in Naples, Italy.

Opening of the Third European Transgender Council in Malmoe over shaded by racist and transphobic attack

In the night of September 30^th two delegates from Turkey of the Third European Transgender Council were attacked by a group of five to seven people when leaving a restaurant.

Spontanous workshops at the Council

Guests at the council will have the chance to hand in proposals for one of the four spontanous workshop slots. Please leave a short description and any technical requirements, along with contact details, on an A4-page at the TGEU-desk. For Friday's two spontaneous workshops the deadline is Thursday evening, for Saturday's please submit your proposal by Friday evening. If you have any questions please email philippa@tgeu.org
