We expect that scholars actively participate in the Council and are present at the conference for at least 75% of the conference time.

Scholarships EU
A very limited number of scholarships is available for people based in the EU. In case you cannot afford to come to the council but wish to participate please send us the filled in application form before September 10th, 12:00 (CET). Deadlline will be strict. We plan to decide on the weekend of September 11th and 12th on the scholarship and send notifications on September 13th.
Scholars will be selected according to the following criteria:
- regional diversity
- quality of application
- benefit for the trans-community from your participation at the Council
- reason why you cannot fund participation yourself
