ILGA-Europe and TGEU celebrate the judgement of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Minasyan and Others v. Armenia, upholding the rights of victims of homophobic and transphobic hate speech.

Each year, on 20 November, trans and gender diverse people (together “trans”) gather as a community to mourn and remember our lost siblings on Trans Day of Remembrance (TDoR).

The human rights situation in Uzbekistan is getting worse, especially for LGBTI people. There are still laws against "sodomy", human rights initiatives are restricted and the mistreatment and torture of gay, bisexual, and trans people continues without consequences.
