Join our newbie sessions to get ready for TGEU’s General Assembly

To make sure our upcoming online General Assembly is a success, we want all our members to feel well-informed and empowered – especially those considering running for leadership roles such as Co-Chair, Board Member, Auditor, or Pre-Election Committee Member.

Take part in our newbie sessions

We are offering an online info session for our members, held separately in English and Russian, for anyone new to the General Assembly or with questions about how it works.

  • The Russian session will take place on Wednesday 13 August 2025
    from 11:00 to 12:00 CEST
  • The English-only meeting will take place on Wednesday 20 August 2025
    from 15:30-16:30 CEST

You will learn

  • What TGEU is about? What are the organisation’s aims and how it works? 
  • What is a General Assembly? What can you expect and how do you register?
  • What does it mean to be a Board member, a Co-Chair, an Internal Auditor or part of the Pre-Election Committee? How can you apply for these positions?

Remember that to participate in the General Assembly on 6 September, you need to register in advance and have your membership fees for 2025 paid by 1 September.
